They ask for medical records to include labs, radiology, etc. I sent the entire medical record for a patient (she had only been seen 2 times and had an MRI) in chronological order and Optum looked at the first page and said our codes were not supported because we didn't send what was asked of us.

Optum Bank will never contact you by phone to ask for personal information, such as your address, date of birth, Social Security number, PIN, account number, login ID or debit card number. Usual reactions are: we're working on it, there are no corr ordination of benefits. The info has to be entered manually and the list goes on and on. OptumHealth, Inc. Once you become part of the Optum Medical Network you have the option to create an online account on our patient portal. The patient portal gives you 24- hour Scam call reported by 99.203.145.xxx. claims to be optum Rx. logged into their website. they dont have the number they are calling me at so not Woman said she was with Optum RX and said I had scripts that could be refilled and asked if I wanted Do not give out any info to this number, it's a scammer!
